IT QMS Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of QMS software solutions.
• Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of QMS software to meet business requirements.
• Align QMS processes with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Compliance, IT Governance, and ITSM teams to ensure adherence to standards (e.g., ISO, CMMI, TMMI).
• Develop project roadmaps, monitor milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop and monitor QMS dashboards, integrating key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics.
• Support organizational change management during QMS software adoption and train teams on tools and processes.
• Manage relationships with QMS software vendors and ensure vendor accountability and SLA adherence.
