Job Purpose
The IVVQ Manager ( Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification ) ensures that systems meet contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle. The role involves being the main point of contact with clients, gaining approval for test specifications, leading integration, verification, validation, and qualification activities, and ensuring formal system acceptance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IVVQ strategies, plans, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure requirements are well-defined, traceable, and testable.
- Lead and mentor the IVVQ team; coordinate with engineering, operations, and QA teams.
- Create and manage comprehensive test plans (manual and automated).
- Oversee FAT, SAT, and customer demonstrations for system acceptance.
- Identify and mitigate risks in integration, verification, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and quality policies.
- Provide technical leadership, estimates, schedules, and reporting to stakeholders.
- Represent System IVVQ Engineering at formal design reviews.
- Drive innovation in IVVQ processes, tools, and best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
12+ years’ experience in system integration, verification, validation, and qualification (5+ years leading IVVQ).Strong background in systems engineering, hardware-software integration, and technical leadership.Experience in mission-critical or safety-critical systems.Hands-on knowledge of FAT, SAT, UAT, and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins).Bachelor’s in Software, Electronics, Computer, IT, or relevant engineering discipline.Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS), defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM).Experience with IoT, AI, cloud platforms, cybersecurity validation is a plus.Strong organizational, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of security systems, IT & Network Infrastructure, VMS, and cybersecurity frameworks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
