Thales is a global company that designs innovative solutions for aerospace, defense, security and space. We are seeking an experienced IVVQ Manager to lead system integration, verification, and validation for our defense and transportation projects in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal point of contact with clients, securing approval of test specifications and hosting acceptance testing activities.
- Authorize and oversee the execution of test plans, specifications, and strategies in accordance with project schedules.
- Approve test results and schedule or chair engineering reviews (TRR, TQR, FQR).
- Lead IVVQ processes to confirm that systems meet contractual, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Define and implement IVVQ strategies, test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for end‑to‑end system validation.
- Direct system integration activities and resolve technical challenges across hardware, software, and network components.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with integration, verification, and validation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams to ensure smooth IVVQ execution and system deployment.
- Oversee Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and customer demonstrations to achieve formal system acceptance.
- Drive innovation in IVVQ methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Accurately collate work‑progress reports and estimates for all IVVQ work packages.
- Approve, implement, and maintain tools relevant to the Systems IVVQ Engineering function.
- Work with project planners to provide detailed input to specific project programs.
Qualifications & Experience
12+ years of experience in systems engineering lifecycle (integration, verification, validation, qualification) with at least 5 years leading IVVQ activities.Strong understanding of system design, technical leadership, and integration standards.Proven ability to develop IVVQ plans, schedules, and resource‑allocation strategies.Hands‑on experience with complex system environments and toolsets (DOORS, Jenkins, Jira, HP ALM).Familiarity with test‑automation tools such as Selenium and continuous integration systems.Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Responsibilities
Maintain personal and colleague safety, utilize PPE as required.Follow Thales HSE policy and local legislation.Encourage conservation of water & energy, reduce waste, and support recycling.Report any HSE incidents immediately to the line manager and HSE department.Benefits
