Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations and ensure a luxurious and organized display environment .
• Welcome clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized consultations on fabrics, wallpaper, and décor selections.
• Supervise the sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and timely follow-up.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to align showroom sales with project requirements.
• Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and client records using Excel and maintain accurate documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, liaise with suppliers , and ensure product availability.
• Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and client meetings with professionalism.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
