Responsibilities
Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and / or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and / or services.
Promote and establish education of the company's products and / or services.
Conduct market research including customers and competitors’ activities.
Implement market development plans / strategies and changes as needed.
Communicate customer feedback on new products and / or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing.
Find different and innovative solutions in-line with market dynamics through conducting hybrid interaction models including virtual and / or physical communications to accommodate Healthcare professionals (HCPs) and market needs.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required Biomed
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Orthopedic, or O.R. Experience
1 year of Neuroscience (Pain, Brain or Spine) Clinical Specialist or Sales Representative experience plus 2 years of prior clinical or medical sales Experience
