Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Jeddah. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and maintaining employer branding strategies to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and managing the offer process.

Qualifications

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring

Proficient in Interviewing and Recruiting

Strong skills in Employer Branding

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Previous experience in the food or wellness industry is a plus
