Role Purpose
The City Head will be responsible for driving Practo’s sales operations in Riyadh with a focus on Insta HMS and readiness to launch any new Practo product lines. This role is currently an individual contributor position , with the opportunity to scale into a team leadership role as the business expands. A key mandate of this role is to consistently deliver assigned sales targets .
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets on a consistent basis – this is the primary accountability of the role.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives for Practo products and services.
- Drive sales forecasting, set performance goals, and ensure achievement of revenue commitments.
- Actively engage with key clients to understand requirements, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute strategies for brand visibility and market penetration.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare industry stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and government entities.
- Manage administrative and regulatory responsibilities such as license renewals, visa processes, and bank-related activities.
- Future scope : Establish and lead a high-performing sales team in Riyadh as the business scales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in sales or business leadership roles, ideally within the healthcare industry.Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently as a self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in Riyadh and the broader healthcare sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.This is a full-time, office-based role in Riyadh . The City Head must be comfortable operating as an individual contributor initially with a strong focus on mandatory target delivery , while being prepared to scale into a leadership role as the business grows.
