Role and responsibilities

• Take on a new challenge and apply project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Work with collaborative and driven teammates.
• Drive the execution of projects to meet contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations, ensuring on-time delivery and maximizing cash and margin.
• Collaborate with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, operations) to oversee Quality, Cost, Delivery and Planning (QCDP) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS).
• Protect Alstom's legal and contractual rights and manage relationships with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
• Seek and propose additional opportunities to the Customer Director or Platform.
