Role and responsibilities
- Take on a new challenge and apply project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Work with collaborative and driven teammates.
- Drive the execution of projects to meet contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations, ensuring on-time delivery and maximizing cash and margin.
- Collaborate with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, operations) to oversee Quality, Cost, Delivery and Planning (QCDP) and Environment Health & Safety (EHS).
- Protect Alstom's legal and contractual rights and manage relationships with stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
- Seek and propose additional opportunities to the Customer Director or Platform.
