Sales Manager (Data Center)
to lead growth efforts focused on
liquid cooling solutions
and critical infrastructure components. Products : Flow Control, HVAC, Valves, Sensors. Coverage : Middle East and Africa (MEA). Base Location : Riyadh, KSA. Responsibilities
Drive business development across hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, and OEMs. Manage key accounts and build long-term strategic relationships. Present and integrate technical solutions into customer infrastructure designs. Build and manage a network of distributors and channel partners. Lead complex contract negotiations and secure profitable agreements. Represent the company at major industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads. Provide market insights to internal teams on trends, pricing, and competition. Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for the region. Requirements
8+ years of B2B sales experience in the data center industry. Strong technical understanding of cooling systems (CRAC / CRAH, liquid cooling). Proven success in managing long sales cycles and high-value deals. Experience working with hyperscalers, colocation providers, EPCs, or OEMs in the MEA region. Familiarity with channel management and distributor networks. Ability to work independently and travel extensively (up to 50%) across the region. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Application
