Construction Manager

The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion within the real estate sector. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership abilities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Construction Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all aspects of construction are executed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that work is performed according to specifications and schedules.
