Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all site construction activities related to telecom and associated infrastructure works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Review IFC drawings, project schedules, and work packages, ensuring constructability and readiness for execution.
• Develop and implement construction execution plans, work sequences, and resource allocation.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Monitor site progress against the baseline schedule and take corrective actions for delays.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure proper installation of telecom systems including :
• Fiber optic backbone and structured cabling.
• Data centers, telecom rooms, and racks.
• Power systems (UPS, grounding, and low-voltage systems).
• Civil / infra works (duct banks, manholes, cable trenches, equipment foundations).
• Lead daily / weekly site coordination meetings with subcontractors and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Manage and resolve construction-related technical issues, site conflicts, and change orders.
• Oversee QA / QC inspections, punch list closures, and final acceptance of works.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and promote a strong safety culture on site.
