Customer Projects Delivery Manager

Overview of Role The Customer Projects Delivery Manager supports the Project Manager and Customer Delivery Manager in ensuring smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Coordination :

Liaise with end users and manage expectations.

Project Documentation & Planning :

Maintain project plans (Gantt charts), consolidate project documentation, and ensure accurate shipping documentation.

Site & Installation Management :

Approve site drawings and civil works, manage installation teams and subcontractors, and oversee installation and ensure final acceptance.

Integration & Handover :

Document integration processes with third‑party software and support service team post‑handover.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills.

Experience managing multiple projects.

Knowledge of IT and complex systems.

Installation project experience preferred.

Willingness to travel.

Experience with multi‑agency and government clients.

Essential

IT / Software degree or background.

APMP, PRINCE2, or similar PM qualification preferred.

Degree / HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering ideal.

Additional experience in H&S, QA, or process development is a plus.

Fluency in Arabic is essential.
