Site Engineer – Fit-Out (Residential, Hotel & Mixed-Use)

Overview

BÖWE is hiring a Site Engineer (Fit-Out) to lead on‑site delivery for high‑end Residential, Hotel, and Mixed‑Use assets in Riyadh. The role spans comprehensive design review and site supervision across Architecture, Interior, Landscape, Structural, and MEP scopes for residential, commercial, and public areas—protecting design intent while aligning with functional needs, budget, and regulatory compliance.

Core Responsibilities

• Design Oversight (Pre‑Construction) :

Review all design packages at schematic, detailed, and IFC stages; take over from early‑stage concept / tender documentation.

Conduct daily site walkthroughs; verify works against approved shop drawings, specs, ITPs, mock‑ups.

Submit project scheduling updates and 1–3 week look‑ahead aligned with the master programme.

Issue concise daily site notes and weekly & monthly reports (progress, quality, constraints, HSE, risks).

(If requested) Support PMC / Client in tender technical reviews, method statements, pre‑award clarifications.

Conduct site visit(s) as needed and take full responsibility for understanding site conditions, applicable regulations, and any factors impacting design delivery.

Weekly Site Reports : progress, quality, safety, risks.
