Working closely with the Architect, Engineers, and other team members to plan the construction project, responsible for overseeing the construction progress.

Key Accountability Areas Site Execution

Understanding and work on the construction plan of the project.

Conducting the technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.

Handling daily activities on the site

Maintain the Quality Standards of all Electrical activities as per Project Quality Plan.

Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints.

Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications.

Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members.

Presenting the reports to the Site Manager.

Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.

Business Process Improvements

Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.

Compliance

Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.

Health, Safety and Environment

Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products / services.

Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant field
