highly skilled Site Engineer

to oversee construction activities, ensuring precision, safety, and innovation on this once-in-a-lifetime project.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage

on-site construction activities

for NEOM infrastructure

Ensure compliance with

project specifications, timelines, and quality standards

Coordinate with

project managers, contractors, and design teams

Conduct

site inspections, risk assessments, and progress reporting

Resolve technical issues and implement

efficient construction methodologies

Uphold

strict safety protocols

in line with NEOM’s vision

Must-Have Skills & Software Expertise

5+ years in large-scale construction / civil projects

(megaprojects preferred)

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, and Primavera P6

Strong knowledge of

Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and international standards

Experience with

surveying tools (Total Station, GPS, etc.)

Fluent in

English

(Arabic proficiency is a

strong advantage )

Leadership skills to

manage on-site teams and subcontractors
