Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with system data entry, audits, and troubleshooting user issues. Support HR team with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance cycles. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and labor laws. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–1 years of experience in HR, HRIS, or data entry (internship or co-op experience acceptable). Basic understanding of HR processes (recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
