The Human Resources Analyst is responsible for analyzing HR data, processes, and systems to provide insights and support strategic decision‑making. This role involves collaborating with HR teams to identify trends, improve efficiency, and enhance overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making.
Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Identify trends and provide recommendations for improvements in HR processes and policies.
Support the development and implementation of HR systems and technology.
Collaborate with HR teams to create and maintain employee records and databases.
Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
Provide support for recruitment and onboarding processes.
Conduct training and workshops on HR analytics and reporting tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, HRIS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
