Overview

Ruqaqa Limited Company is a leading provider of advanced audio-visual solutions in Saudi Arabia. We specialize in designing, delivering, and integrating audio-visual systems that create sophisticated environments tailored to a wide range of client needs. We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, referrals, and partner networks.
  • Manage the full sales cycle : discovery, needs analysis, solution design with presales / engineering, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and site visits to understand requirements and position Ruqaqa’s AV solutions and services.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and ROI / TCO justifications; coordinate with technical teams for accurate scopes and BOMs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets (revenue, margin, new logos, and cross-sell / upsell).
  • Develop and manage key accounts; establish long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with presales, project delivery, and support to ensure smooth handover, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing to inform sales strategy and positioning.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to generate leads; support light marketing tasks such as preparing brochures and basic content as needed.
  • Utilize AI and productivity tools to streamline prospecting, research, and proposal drafting.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports with results, insights, and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in audio-visual, ICT, ELV, or related solutions; strong track record of meeting / exceeding targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills; ability to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with basic marketing and content tools for light support (e.g., brochures, simple visuals) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AI-based tools for prospecting, research, and content assistance.
  • Saudi nationality preferred.
  • Work Details

  • Working hours : 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Location : Riyadh – Hybrid (onsite and remote); regular travel for client meetings, site visits, and events.
