As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by generating new leads and qualifying potential customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales role. Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and identify potential customers Qualify leads by engaging in conversations, understanding their needs, and assessing their fit for our products or services Follow up on marketing-generated leads and incoming inquiries to nurture and qualify prospects Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market to effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and prioritize outreach efforts for maximum impact and success Research and build prospect lists using various sources and tools Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system Meet or exceed assigned targets for qualified leads and meetings Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or a similar role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications Fluency in Arabic and English
