About The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a key role in our sales team by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to support our growth. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, nurturing relationships and building a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up
Engage with prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone to initiate conversations
Qualify leads based on business needs and alignment with ZIWO’s solutions
Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads (SQLs) to hand off to Account Executives
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and position ZIWO effectively
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize messaging and lead generation strategies
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or call center role
Bilingual in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident, consultative approach
Comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
Proactive, high‑energy attitude and growth mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance startup environment
