Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Project Finance team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is centered on developing financial models for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial advisory services to government and private sector clients. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain complex financial models for PPP projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Assist in the financial structuring and analysis of large-scale PPP projects. Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, and financial feasibility studies. Support senior team members in preparing and presenting financial reports and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including legal, tax, and technical experts to provide comprehensive project finance solutions. Engage with clients to understand their project finance needs and deliver tailored advisory services. Contribute to the preparation of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities. Assume the authorities assigned to him / her. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his / her areas of expertise. QUALIFICATIONS A strong finance background with at least 4 years of experience in project finance. Proven track record of developing financial models for PPP projects for government or private sector clients. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. Sector experience within healthcare, real estate, and / or transport is preferred. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills. CFA or equivalent finance degree. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 4+ years of experience, ideally in big 4.
