Sales Manager
to lead student recruitment and partnership development efforts. This role requires someone energetic, persuasive, and strategic, a young professional with strong communication skills and a confident personality, capable of representing the institution with credibility and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. Lead student recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives across Saudi Arabia. Build and manage relationships with schools, universities, training partners, and corporate clients. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in education. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and deliver impactful promotional campaigns and events. Manage inquiries, leads, and conversion pipelines through CRM tools. Represent the institution at education fairs, conferences, and corporate presentations. Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management. Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience from inquiry to enrollment. Maintain strong awareness of competitors, pricing, and market positioning. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within education, training, or service-oriented sectors. Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic. Strong leadership qualities, confidence, and a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and build meaningful partnerships. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
