Job descriptionCollect documents related to products from the warehouse. Attend product deliveries to customers across KSA as per Warehouse Manager’s instructions. Collect faulty products from customers and return them to the warehouse for servicing. Document the delivery process and obtain an official receipt from the customer with the agreed receipt form. Submit reports to the Warehouse Manager about customer visits on a daily to weekly basis. Respond to urgent calls from the Warehouse and adjust deliveries accordingly. Comply with all warehouse instructions, rules, and regulations. Inspect items’ quality and quantity against invoices and delivery notes for accuracy. Inform the Warehouse Manager of discrepancies. Return all documents with customer signatures and company stamps to the Warehouse. Drive safely and obey traffic laws. Use online maps to identify the fastest routes. Maintain an organized travel schedule to ensure timely deliveries. سعودي الجنسية حاصل على رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول حامل شهادة دبلوم كحد أدنى مهارات التواصل وإجادة برامج Microsoft Office Education : Bachelor’s degree or minimum of Diploma Additional details : Saudi National required. Valid KSA driving license (with clean driving record) Experience : Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience as applicable Job Role : Responsible for delivering goods safely and timely, coordinating with drivers. Job location : Covering western (Jeddah and provinces) and southern regions, with field work as guided by the manager. Job Specific Skills : MS Office skills, good communication, good follow-up.
The incumbent is accountable for coordinating the delivery process of medical equipment by verifying order specifications and quantities. They review goods and invoices and attend the delivery process.

مطلوب مندوب توريد لشركة دار الزهراوي للتجهيزات الطبية
تغطية المنطقة الوسطى (الرياض ومحافظاتها) بالإضافة لمناطق الشمال وحسب احتياج التوريد في المناطق الأخرى بالمملكة العربية السعودية.
مسؤول عن تسليم البضائع للعملاء بطريقة آمنة وفي الوقت المناسب، والتنسيق مع سائقي الشركة أو شركات النقل.
حضور جميع عمليات التوريد والتواصل والتنسيق مع الجهة المستلمة.
مراجعة البضائع والفواتير عند التسليم للتأكد من مطابقتها مع مستندات التوريد لضمان رضا العميل.
تحضير تقارير أسبوعية للمدير المباشر للتوريدات والمتعلقات.
مكان العمل بالرياض في المستودع الرئيسي (السلي) والأعمال الميدانية تكون بتوجيهات المدير المباشر.
