Your Impact

Program & Project Delivery

• Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale banking transformation projects, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget are met.
• Govern the change control process : assess, negotiate, and secure client approval for scope changes, aligned with contractual commitments.
• Monitor the financial health of engagements, including revenue recognition, margin control, invoicing accuracy, and subcontractor costs.
• Drive project execution across multi-vendor and geographically distributed teams (onsite, offshore, subcontractors).
• Establish delivery governance processes, including steering committees, status reviews, and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with client-agreed delivery standards around code delivery, testing, etc.
• Drive delivery using agile frameworks, embedding agile principles into planning, execution and governance.
