Overview

مقر العمل : الرياض / الجبيلة ..

Responsibilities (Arabic)

استلام البضائع الواردة إلى المستودع وتسجيلها وتخزينها حسب نوعها وطبيعتها.
مراجعة كميات البضائع المستلمة للتأكد من مطابقتها مع الفواتير وطلبات الشراء.
تنظيم وترتيب البضائع داخل المستودع بطريقة تضمن سهولة الوصول إليها واسترجاعها.
إجراء عمليات الجرد الدوري للبضائع للتأكد من مطابقة الكميات الفعلية مع السجلات.
صيانة وتنظيف المستودع بشكل دوري للحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ونظيفة.
تجهيز طلبات السحب والتسليم وتسليمها للعملاء أو الأقسام الداخلية حسب التعليمات.
متابعة حركة البضائع داخل المستودع وتسجيلها في السجلات الدورية.
إبلاغ المشرف أو المدير بأي تلف أو نقص في البضائع أو أي مخالفات أخرى.
الالتزام بقواعد السلامة والصحة المهنية داخل المستودع.
استخدام أنظمة الكمبيوتر والبرامج الخاصة بإدارة المخزون حسب الحاجة.
أداء أي مهام أخرى يُكلف بها من قبل المشرف أو المدير.

Responsibilities (English)

Receiving, registering and storing goods arriving at the warehouse according to their type and nature.

Reviewing the quantities of goods received to ensure compliance with invoices and purchase orders.

Organizing and arranging goods within the warehouse in a way that ensures easy access and retrieval.

Conducting periodic inventories of goods to ensure that actual quantities match records.

Maintaining and cleaning the warehouse periodically to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Preparing withdrawal and delivery requests and delivering them to customers or internal departments according to instructions.

Following up on the movement of goods within the warehouse and recording them in periodic records.

Notifying the supervisor or manager of any damage or shortage of goods or any other violations.

Adherence to occupational safety and health rules within the warehouse.

Using computer systems and software for inventory management as needed.

Performing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Skills (Arabic)
