We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Al Madinah. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, progress reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee progress reporting for all ongoing projects.
- Manage bids and new project submissions.
- Prepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with RFP and technical teams.
- Issue weekly progress reports (including SPI, CPI, and other performance metrics).
- Update and maintain schedules using Primavera P6 .
- Develop and track projects from RFP stage to award.
- Create and implement progress measurement systems and project weighting.
- Track design, procurement, and construction progress with all stakeholders.
- Follow up on contract deliverables and obligations with concerned parties.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.6–8 years of experience in project planning within the construction or engineering sector.Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI .PMP certification is required.Strong analytical and communication skills.Seniority level
