Overview
We are seeking a passionate and talented Landscape Architect to join our growing team in KSA. The successful candidate will assist in the design and development of architectural projects, providing technical expertise and creative solutions while working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Design Support : Assist in the preparation and development of architectural designs and concepts for a variety of projects (residential, commercial, mixed‑use, etc.).
- Technical Documentation : Prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations under the guidance of senior architects. Support the preparation of tender documents and assist in design reviews.
- 3D Modelling & Visualization : Develop 3D models and architectural visualizations using software tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM.
- Site Coordination : Assist in coordination between design and construction teams, ensuring that designs are correctly implemented at the site level.
- Client Liaison : Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring that architectural designs meet their requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Research & Innovation : Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the design process.
- Sustainability : Contribute to sustainable design strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental standards and local regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.8-10 years of professional experience in architecture.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of BIM tools and processes is a plus.Strong conceptual and technical design abilities with keen eye for detail and quality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present ideas and designs effectively.Strong team player, collaborating with stakeholders; proficiency in English.Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in KSA.Familiarity with sustainable design practices (LEED, etc.).Creative and innovative thinking with a strong passion for architecture and design.A proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative and learn from senior team members.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Rewards & Benefits
