Job Brief :

As a Partnership Delivery Manager, you will be the main point of contact between NHC and real estate developers at project sites. You will coordinate site activities, monitor developer progress, and oversee projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement partnership delivery strategies.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls.
• Lead negotiations and manage partnership agreements.
• Engage and manage key stakeholders effectively.
• Oversee project delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Conduct site visits and risk assessments.
