Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Financial Controlling Cost Controlling

Overview Job Purpose :

As a Supply Chain Finance Controller, you are responsible for supporting and monitoring the financial performance in line with the Supply Chain strategic frame.

As a business partner, you collaborate closely with the Supply Chain division to track performance, identify risks and opportunities, deliver key insights to management while ensuring compliance in accordance with company’s standards.

Responsibilities

Develop digital tools to map and monitor monthly and yearly end-to-end supply chain operations cost, integrating data from inbound and outbound logistics to support cost-effective delivery decisions.

Build inventory control dashboards and automation tools for in-transit tracking, aligned with Inbound Logistics / Material Planning teams and also including finished vehicle tracking aligned with Sales & Marketing team.

Create analytics platforms and KPI tracking systems for logistics performance metrics (e.g., cost per vehicle / part, premium freight, fill rate, on-time delivery %, carrier rate), in collaboration with the logistics team.

Create tools to support on generating reports inside and outside finance, such as Supply Chain team, Head of Controlling and FP&A.

Coordinate and respect deadlines for the financial reporting processes (Actual, Forecast, Budget and Business Plan costs), ensuring financial consistency between transports cost & financial reporting and ensuring correct cost classification in accounts.

Implement variance analysis tools to give insightful variance analysis against budget, prior year performance, latest forecast.

Build monitoring systems for key economic indicators within logistics, with embedded alert mechanisms and action plan tracking feature.

Enhance ERP and reporting infrastructure by developing data connectors, transformation logic, and user-friendly interfaces that improve data flow and usability across systems, mainly SAP and TMS.

Qualifications Education :

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University;
• Bachelor’s degree on Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferably but can be finance related disciplines if FP&A is in the experience background;

Advanced English speaking and written is a must.

Experience :

Minimum of 3 years on Supply Chain related areas,

Experience in an international company is a plus.
