Assistant Manager, Supply Chain Financial Controlling Cost Controlling

Job Purpose :

As a Supply Chain Finance Controller, you are responsible for driving and monitoring the financial performance in line with the Supply Chain strategic frame.

As a business partner, you collaborate closely with the Supply Chain division to drive performance, identify risks and opportunities, inform key insights while ensuring compliance in accordance with company’s standards.

Responsibilities

Map the monthly and yearly process to oversee an end-to-end supply chain operations cost, partnering with inbound & outbound logistics divisions, to ensure cost-effective delivery of goods and materials.

Define the process for in-transit inventory control, aligned with inbound logistics and material request planning teams, defining the roles & responsibilities in accordance with the responsible for the whole inventory of the company. As well as the in-transit finished vehicles inventory aligned with Sales & Marketing responsible.

Design metrics for logistics key-indicators (cost per vehicle, cost per part, premium freight, fill rate, on-time delivery %, carrier rate...) in partnership with logistics team.

Implement governance and define template reports aligned inside and outside finance, such as Supply Chain team, Head of Controlling and FP&A.

Coordinate and validate the financial reporting processes (Actual, Forecast, Budget and Business Plan costs), ensuring financial consistency between transports cost & financial reporting and ensuring correct cost classification in accounts.

Prepare insightful variance analysis against budget, prior year performance, latest forecast.

Supervise main economic indicators within logistics scope and implement necessary action plans.

Provide guidance and strategic recommendations to leaders related to business challenges, cost saving proposals, projects, investment and profitability.

Drive improvements in our systems landscape by shaping how data interact in our ERP and reporting tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University;
• Bachelor’s degree on Engineering or Supply Chain Management preferably but can be finance related disciplines if meets the experience background;
• MBA is a plus;

English advanced speaking and written is a must.

Experience

Experience in an international company is a must.
