Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities :

Assist in managing product quality across the entire lifecycle, from design to delivery.

Develop and implement quality improvement plans aligned with company standards.

Participate in early-stage product design to optimize for quality and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet functionality, cost, schedule, and quality goals.

Establish and refine quality management processes and standards.

Promote standardization and efficiency in the quality management system.

Conduct regular product quality monitoring and data analysis.

Identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.

Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product lines.

Maintain documentation and reporting for quality metrics and audits.

Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.

Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant innovations.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

Internship or project experience in quality control, project management, or university innovation projects preferred.

Strong self-learning and adaptability skills.

High quality awareness and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Detail-oriented with strong logical thinking.

Expertise in process optimization and standardization.
