QC Engineer Job Summary Develop and implement quality standards to ensure products meet or exceed customer expectations and industry regulations. Design and implement effective quality control systems to monitor and manage product quality throughout the production process. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Conduct thorough inspections and tests of materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Identify non-conformities and deviations from quality standards and develop corrective actions, solutions, and process improvements. Review codes, specifications, and processes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for enhancement. Develop forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing, reporting, and documenting quality standards and processes. Identify the root cause of quality problems and coordinate modifications or other corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, engineering, and customer service, to improve product quality and increase customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding quality control procedures and best practices. Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of quality control activities and results. Necessary Knowledge and Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control engineering or a similar role. Proven experience in quality control for landscape construction projects is required. In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and best practices. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in quality control tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good command of English & Arabic.
