Senior Manager - Document Control

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manager - Finance Business Partner to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in supporting our commitment to developing an exceptional entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. As a finance business partner, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that financial insights drive strategic decision-making.

In this position, you will analyze financial performance, lead budgeting processes, and provide invaluable guidance to operational teams. Your expertise will help to align financial outcomes with business strategies, ultimately enhancing organizational performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a financial advisor to various departments, delivering expert insights to inform business strategies and operational decisions.
• Prepare, analyze, and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial targets align with organizational goals.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for performance improvement.
• Build and maintain financial models to support project evaluations and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Drive financial literacy and understanding throughout the organization by engaging with non-financial stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong emphasis on business partnering and financial analysis.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in financial modeling techniques and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Familiarity with financial management software and ERP systems is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
