Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as within a team. Experience in the glass or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Role Description : Fresh Field Sales Engineer or Sales Executive
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam 1st Industrial City. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating sales opportunities through proactive field visits, client engagement, and project development with both commercial and private clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through site visits and direct client interaction.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct product presentations and distribute marketing materials to potential clients.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Manager and Production Team to ensure client requirements and delivery timelines are met.
- Provide feedback on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
