We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead HSE Specialist to support our growing team. The successful candidate will support the implementation of HSE policies and practices, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all employees. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Missions / Main Duties

Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Support training initiatives by preparing training materials and conducting safety awareness sessions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions Maintain accurate records of HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management review Assist in the evaluation and management of HSE risks associated with operational activities Profile / Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related Engineering field Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.
