Blacksand is hiring a

Head of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment)

to lead our safety and compliance efforts across all operations. This role will drive the development and execution of HSSE policies, ensuring a safe, secure, and sustainable workplace while meeting regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

Lead HSSE strategy, policies, and compliance across the organization. Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and international standards. Manage audits, inspections, emergency response, and crisis management. Build and promote a strong HSSE culture through training and awareness. Report HSSE performance and risks to senior leadership. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. 10+ years of HSSE experience , with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Background in construction, real estate, or large-scale projects is an advantage. Seniority level
