HSE Manager

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and continuously improve health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local and international HSE standards.

Lead training programs to educate employees on HSE practices, promoting a strong safety culture.

Investigate incidents and near misses, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Prepare and maintain HSE performance reports for management review.

Collaborate with project managers and teams to incorporate HSE considerations into project plans.

Stay updated with industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements in HSE.
