JASARA PMC is looking for a talented Landscape Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a critical contributor to our projects focused on enhancing social infrastructures in Saudi Arabia as part of the Vision 2030 initiative, you will be pivotal in the design and implementation of innovative landscape solutions. Your expertise will help shape sustainable environments that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed landscape design plans, including planting plans, irrigation systems, and maintenance protocols.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and environmental specialists to integrate landscape features with overall project objectives.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing conditions and ensure compatibility with the proposed landscape design.
- Prepare technical specifications and assist with the selection of materials for landscape construction projects.
- Oversee the installation of landscape features to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Provide sustainable landscape solutions by incorporating local flora and environmentally-friendly practices.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to landscape architecture and construction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design or related roles.Proficient in landscape design software, such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.Strong aesthetic sense and creativity, combined with practical construction knowledge.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with local planting materials, ecosystem considerations, and water management strategies.Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., ASLA) is a plus.
