Learn more about our career opportunities at : Role AtkinsRéalis is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect with 9+ years of on-site experience in stadium projects within the Mixed use / Building / Infra sector. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring construction activities comply with project specifications, quality standards and safety regulations. Requirements Technical Competencies : Degree qualified in landscaping and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership) Minimum 12+ years relevant experience in Landscape / Horticulture Site Supervision, documentation and site implementation Reviewing and checking all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittals & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solutions using SketchUp modelling. Site coordination and inspection. Attending Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action in a timely manner. Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as required. Prepare Site Instructions (SIs) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required for development of events. Behavioural Competencies : Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English Capable of working independently or within / leading a small team and creating designs relevant to the Middle East environment.
