Lead and manage the engineering and construction teams for mechanical, civil / structural, or piping projects, ensuring all activities align with Saudi Aramco’s standards. Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and budgeting. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during project execution. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and proposals, ensuring adherence to Saudi Aramco requirements. Manage and resolve any issues related to construction or engineering during the project lifecycle. Report on project status, risks, and milestones to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure project documentation and records are maintained in accordance with company policies and standards. Preferred Skills & Attributes : Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, clients, and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
