Key Responsibilities

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Ericsson IN / Charging systems.
• Ensure system health and maintain performance KPIs.
• Implement service class, tariff, and system changes.
• Handle complex escalations and support audits and upgrades.
• Provide 24×7 on-call support when required.
