Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced Configuration Engineer to join our telecom team in Riyadh. This role is critical for configuring and integrating advanced network technologies across RAN, Core, Transmission, and IP / MPLS domains, ensuring seamless connectivity for major telecom projects.

Detailed Job Description

As a Configuration Engineer, you will play a key role in deploying and optimizing multi-vendor telecom networks for leading operators such as STC, Zain, and Salam. You will work on cutting-edge technologies including 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G, microwave, fiber, and IP / MPLS solutions. This position offers hands-on experience with OSS / BSS platforms and requires strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate RAN, Core, Transmission, and IP / MPLS networks
• Perform 2G / 3G / 4G / 5G parameter setup and optimization across multiple vendors
• Set up and test microwave and fiber links for high-capacity transmission
• Manage IP / MPLS routing and switching configurations (CCNA / HCIA-level)
• Utilize OSS / BSS tools (U2020, ENM, NetAct) for network monitoring and management
• Document configurations and provide detailed reports for project stakeholders
