Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle of interior fit out projects - from mobilization to handover - ensuring quality, timeline, and budget are strictly maintained
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers across fast-paced, detail-intensive site environments
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring seamless communication, expectations management, and satisfaction
- Proactively manage design coordination, technical challenges, procurement timelines, and site execution
- Uphold the highest standards of HSE compliance and local regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Candidate Profile
5+ years' proven experience in managing complex luxury fit out projects, ideally involving retail, F&B, corporate, or hospitality sectorsKSA-based experience is absolutely essential - candidates without it will not be consideredStrong leadership and planning capabilities, with a track record of delivering technically complex interiorsExcellent client-facing and communication skills - confident, professional, and solutions-drivenWell-versed in construction regulations and practices across KSA ideallyIdeally holds a transferable IQAMA (for KSA-based applicants)Fluent in English; Arabic is a plusDisclaimer : ONLY SUITABLE CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
