We are looking for an experienced F&B MANAGER to join the team of a luxury hospitality group in Saudi Arabia, known for its elegant concepts, world-class service, and innovative F&B experiences. About the Role

This is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and enhancing guest experiences at every level.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B operations across restaurants, lounges, and event spaces
• Lead, develop, and manage service teams to ensure consistent five-star service
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, upselling, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams on promotions and events
• Handle guest feedback, ensuring exceptional service recovery when needed
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee inventory control
• Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership
