Catering Manager

Our Group is seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and service. The Catering Manager will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Manage and train catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee budget management and cost control measures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate catering performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Plan and execute catering events for a variety of occasions and client requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with current catering trends and best practices.
