Qlub, a leading provider of innovative solutions, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position, reporting to the Head of Sales.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Set and monitor sales targets and ensure they are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support sales initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging sales technologies.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
