Overview
Responsible for maximizing Pfizer brand growth through promotional activities and acting as a business enabler by becoming a territory owner within a defined geography.
Responsibilities
Product Promotion :
Promote products to designated customers to achieve territory plan objectives; implement value-added programs across the territory.
Key Activities :
Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products; conducting marketing activities / literature to HCPs; providing approved information to HCPs on Pfizer products (usage, dosage, side effects); reporting visits and activities using proper channels.
Customer Relations :
Build relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge; ensure accurate, timely, and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared with colleagues using agreed processes (e.g., VCC, RTEs & F2F visits); segment and target high-potential customers; visit physicians with focus on target KOLs; provide feedback to manager on customer requests, responses to promotions, product access, and competitive activities.
Territory Planning & Management :
Diagnose territory situation (local market drivers) and design / implement territory action plans; develop and execute territory business plans; participate in Pfizer community awareness programs; attend seminars and set up promotional demonstrations and exhibitions; organize AV activities; participate in nominating / selecting local speakers; prepare POA for territory / products; present reports; plan and organize regular value-added programs.
Market Intelligence :
Provide feedback on competitor activity or local issues to enable appropriate actions.
Teamwork :
Liaise with team members to share information, motivate and support the team to deliver the territory plan.
Administrative Systems :
Maintain and update territory and administrative systems / processes; timely record updates; produce reports as requested; comply with company SOPs.
Self-Development :
Implement / update personal development plans; seek feedback; develop, own and implement IDP.
Additional Assignments :
Undertake additional assignments as agreed with line manager, ensuring objectives are met and outputs delivered.
Criteria for applying :
Holding of bachelor's degree in Pharma
Experience in a multinational organization is a plus.
Good command of English language (speaking, writing, listening, pronunciation)
