Senior Territory Lead Neurovascular, Western Region We are looking for a Senior Territory Lead for our Neurovascular Division in the Western Region of KSA.
What you will do
Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining continuity
Tracking trends, competitors, developments in specific products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager
Carrying out sales-related activities in accordance with regional sales targets, and preparing the sales reports requested by the manager
Planning, implementing and reporting customer / partner visits and demos in accordance with sales targets and customer demands
Evaluating requests for proposals from customers / partners and preparing a complete list of materials according to customer needs
Informing customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase, etc.) and cooperating with the tender department on procured projects, supporting completion and reporting
Keeping track of material delivery dates and informing customers
Carrying out delivery and installation of materials, providing post-sales user training for product portfolio, and attending surgery cases
Bringing customer bills to the accrual stage and following up on collections with Finance and Accounting to ensure timely payments
Communicating customer feedback (complaints) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating feedback, taking necessary actions, and reporting to customers and relevant personnel
Preparing congress / demo materials, using them appropriately, and delivering materials in a sterile and undamaged condition
Communicating scientific support requests & plans to the marketing department in the regions where they work and supporting the process
Providing support to the logistics team when needed
What you need Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related
Proficiency in English
Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales oriented role
Experience in Medical Device Industry
Preferred
Experience in Neurovascular field
