What You Will Do

As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of a specific section of the kitchen, delivering excellence in every plate and inspiring your team to maintain the world-class standards Four Seasons is known for. Your responsibilities may include specialized work in Pastry, Bakery, Butchery, In-Room Dining, All Day Dining, Specialty Bar & Restaurant, or the Lobby Lounge.

• Manage daily operations of your assigned section, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Supervise and train commis chefs and prep cooks, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
• Maintain mise en place readiness for service and special events.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
• Collaborate with other sections to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist in creating and testing new menu items.
• Handle guest requests or special dietary needs with precision and care.
