Qualifications
Job Requirements :
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate or governmental environment.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English, with a strong proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with office management procedures, administrative protocols, and decision-making processes at an executive level.
- Strong proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools) and communication platforms.
- Experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision while functioning collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think critically about situations as they arise.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the executive's calendar by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.Coordinate travel arrangements, including transportation and accommodation, while adhering to budgetary constraints and organizational policies.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive, maintaining professionalism in all correspondence.Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, prioritizing and responding with discretion and efficiency.Assist in the development and implementation of administrative processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.Maintain and manage filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring appropriate document retention and adherence to confidentiality protocols.Support the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and attendee communication.Monitor and track deadlines for projects and administrative tasks, providing timely reminders and updates on progress.Required Skills
